As part of the SV362 Management of Food & Beverage Operations, the class was asked to come up with a classification system for the F&B facilities around the campus. The students have organized a satisfaction survey to the consumers in Thammasat’s Tha Prachan canteen with 500 questionnaires which are based on that “vote for the best food stall !”
The students finally presented the results on Thursday 5th April 2018 as a part of an “Award Ceremony”. Best two food stalls were awarded with certificates.
