History
The College of Innovation was established in 1995 by the Thammasat University Council, whose vision was to initiate “something new” for Thai education. Its new design format moved away from more traditional faculties and departments to focus on being a college. Now in its 12th year, the Thammasat University Council has changed the name “College of Innovation in Higher Education” to “College of Innovation.” The Council also renamed the position of the person in charge of college administration from “Director” to “Dean” on March 7, 2008.
The College of Innovation offers bachelor and master’s degrees in an interdisciplinary manner combining knowledge in Economics, Law, Management, Science and Technology, Arts and Culture, and Service in a curriculum that can promote the development of Thai society in an international setting.
