27th of March 2018, the NTCC Tourism Committee, led by Dr. Bert van Walbeek, welcomed 70+ guests at “Hospitality, Tourism & Travel Forum: Artificial Intelligence”, sponsored by Thaivivat Insurance and IIB International Insurance Broker, and supported by PATA, CITU, AmCham, AustCham, BCCT, BeluThai, FTCC, GTCC and HTCC.
Three presentations with Q&A from our guest speakers: Asst. Prof. Dr Kom Campiranon, Director of the Service Innovation Program | College of Innovation, Thammasat University (CITU), Khun Chanchai Tanatkatrakul, Principal | Roland Berger, Dr Mario Hardy, CEO of Pacific Asia Travel Association, had shown the future trends of AI development & practice within the Hospitality and Tourism industry and also had triggered an idea of the cooperation between AI and human for better services to customers.
