หลักสูตรเน้นความทันสมัยบนพื้นฐานนวัตกรรมและความคิดสร้างสรรค์ บูรณาการกับการจัดการมรดกวัฒนธรรมและอุตสาหกรรมสร้างสรรค์ อันนำไปสู่นิยามความสร้างสรรค์ในบริบทต่าง ๆ สร้างการเรียนรู้ผ่านกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้รูปแบบต่าง ๆ เช่น ทัศนศึกษา บทบาทสมมติ วิเคราะห์กรณีศึกษา อภิปรายกลุ่มและเรียนรู้จากผู้เชี่ยวชาญในภาคอุตสาหกรรม หลักสูตรมีระยะเวลาการศึกษา 5 ปี (ระดับปริญญาตรี 3.5 ปี และ ระดับปริญญาโท 1.5 ปี) และจัดการเรียนการสอนที่ท่าพระจันทร์

Service industries are growing at an ever-increasing rate and represent a significant percentage of the total GDP of many countries. In order to take advantage of this growth and to remain competitive, countries and individual enterprises will have to be ever more creative and innovative in order to survive. It is clear that a new way of doing things will be necessary. It cannot any longer be business as usual. The Service Innovation program is designed to prepare its graduates to function effectively in the global environment. It is designed to help students apply skills to current and future problematic issues. It is a four-year program offering at Tha Prachan campus.
